After Your Pets Final Discharge

At your pet’s final discharge our specialist may offer you a complimentary Complete Support Consultation (CSC) if he or she feels that it will enhance your pet’s welfare. NKR Veterinary Specialists will pay your vet directly for this consultation, which takes place back at your own veterinary practice.

The CSC returns your pet into the care of your own veterinary surgeon. It allows them to examine your pet for the condition that they were treated for at NKR and relate this to our specialists final report. This is an opportunity to ask any questions that have occurred to you since your final discharge from NKR Veterinary Specialists.

If you accept our offer of a Complete Support Consultation (CSC) at the final discharge you will be given a CSC letter with a reference number on it. Our receptionist will then make an appointment for you with your own veterinary surgeon for a suitable time.

When you attend the consultation please give the CSC letter to your own veterinary surgeon or their receptionist. Your vet will send their invoice for the CSC with your CSC letter to us at NKR Veterinary Specialists and we will pay it.

We offer the CSC in most of our disciplines except Dermatology, Acupuncture and Oncology cases due to their ongoing nature.
