To provide five-star care and attention we have a team of fully qualified, experienced and dedicated nurses and nursing assistants.

Our nurses are highly experienced and trained in advanced nursing techniques. They are divided into ward, medical, surgical and ophthalmic teams. All the nurses are focused on providing communication across the disciplines to ensure your pet's every need is met and they pay very close attention to any changes in their condition.

A specific nurse will become your pet’s ‘best friend’ during their treatment, to provide continuity in the care plan and when contacting you. This nurse will note subtle changes in the condition of your pet and his or her regular presence should reassure them. It is not unknown for a ‘best friend’ nurse to become very attached to their patient and feel a mixture of emotions when the pet is discharged.
