Mike Dale MA VetMB MRCVS CertVetAc

Mike graduated from Cambridge in 1975 and worked in mixed practice for sixteen years before switching to purely small animal general practice. He has held weekly acupuncture clinics at NKR Veterinary Specialists since 2001, and in April 2008 joined the group as a full time manager with responsibilities for developing the business. His experience of building new premises and establishing new surgeries has been helpful in the expansion of NKR Veterinary Specialists into London and Surrey clinics.

A past President of the Association of British Veterinary Acupuncturists, he passed the International Veterinary Acupuncture Society Certificate in 2000. Mike has a particular interest in understanding the neurophysiology of how acupuncture works. He has worked with Guide Dogs for The Blind, Prison Service Dogs, Racing Greyhounds and was Honorary Veterinary Surgeon to the Pro Dogs charity; he particularly enjoys working with dogs that earn their living.
